IMPORTANT: Once payment is confirmed, tracking information will be provided within 1–5 business days. The exact timeframe may vary depending on current order volume. Due to operational constraints and the unique nature of our business—which does not follow conventional protocols—we are limited in the number of parcels we can dispatch each day. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Ensure all delivery details are entered correctly, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in the package being undeliverable and will be returned to an invalid address (for obvious reasons), which unfortunately means the item will be considered lost.
Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of re-shipping due to customer errors. Complimentary re-shipping will only be provided in cases where the mistake was on our end.
SHIPPING
All packages will be shipped via DHL Express Service. Once payment has been received your order will be sent out the following day.
RETURNS
Unfortunately we’re unable to put in a returns policy for obvious reasons, however if you’re unhappy with a product please send over an email and we’ll resolve the issue.
