How To Pay

To successfully place an order, you’ll need to purchase bitcoin. Unfortunately we cannot receive any other payment methods at this stage. Please have your BTC ready before ordering to avoid complications with payment syncing with your order.
NOTE:
The explanation provided below offers detailed guidance on how to acquire Bitcoin. Please review it carefully, as we will not be able to provide additional support on this matter. If you encounter difficulties, we recommend seeking further assistance through other reliable resources or experts. We appreciate your understanding that we will not respond to requests for extra help regarding this process.
Step 1
Purchase bitcoin via a non-custodial wallet such as Exodus Wallet. Alternatively, a Centralized Exchange (CoinJar, Swyftx etc)
The preferred method by our customers:
Use a non-custodial wallet such as Exodus wallet, Edge wallet, Trust wallet etc, this gives you complete control of your funds without centralized exchanges questioning where your funds are being sent.
Purchasing bitcoin from a Centralized Exchange (CEX):
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRANSFERRING YOUR BITCOIN OUT OF THE CEX TO YOUR OWN PERSONAL WALLET (Non-Custodial Wallet, such as Exodus), THEN MAKING PAYMENT FROM THERE. (You should only be using a CEX to purchase bitcoin if you’re having troubles purchasing via one of the wallets suggested above)
Step 2
Select your products and proceed to checkout.
Step 3
Upon filling in your delivery details, you’ll be taken to a screen which display’s the bitcoin amount to send and you’ll also see a bitcoin wallet address to send to. Enter this information into your chosen wallet/exchange.
Step 4
After payment has been sent, send an email to Sales@austarlabs-ugl.us with ORDER NUMBER in the subject line. Within the email, either attach a screenshot of payment sent, or paste the Transaction hash (TxID)
Step 5
Payment will take 20 min – 1 hour to receive, after 1 hour has passed your welcome to email us to check about your order status but as long as you’ve emailed Sales@austarlabs-ugl.us with the requested info, then you’re all good to go, if there’s any issues with payment we’ll email you.
Step 6
Once you receive a “Order Complete” email, it means your package will be packed and shipped ASAP. Tracking will be sent to you not long after, It may land in your junk/spam folder.
If you have completed all the above steps, sit back, relax, your gear is on the way.
